How do I place my order?
Go to the order online/menu page and select the items you would like to order and then checkout! If you have any problems doing this send us a message through our website, Facebook or email info@sconeteaparty.co.uk. Remember all orders need to be placed at least 48 hours before your desired collection/delivery time. We always advise you to book as far in advance as possible.
Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver to all Newcastle-under-Lyme areas and Stoke-on-Trent areas. We also deliver to wider areas of Staffordshire and parts of Shropshire and Cheshire. See below for further information about our delivery prices.
Will my order arrive at the exact delivery time I selected?
Whilst every effort will be taken to make this possible there may be delays to the arrival of your order. We endeavor to keep you informed of any changes via either the email address or telephone number you provide.
Do you offer Gluten Free or Vegan Options?
We do have some gluten, dairy free and vegan options now available. We are constantly looking to expand these options. To enquire about ordering a dish with special dietary requirements, that cannot be currently found on our website, email us at info@sconeteaparty.co.uk
Where do I collect my order from?
Unit 12, Newcastle Enterprise Centre, Knutton, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, ST56BX.
When you arrive you can park directly by Unit 12 or alternatively park in the car park at the front of the building and we will bring your order to you. Call or message us on 07565107329 when you arrive.
Where can I find your Allergy Information?

Can the items in your menu be adapted/changed to suit my needs and wants?
Absolutely! Nearly all of our products can be adapted. As you place your order a box should appear where you can type in any special requests. We will endeavor to make these happen, but if we can't, we will inform you straight away and, if necessary, cancel your order and provide a full refund.
How do I inform you of my allergy?
All items have a special request box where you can add information such as preferences and allergies. You can also add this information on the delivery instructions. If you are unsure of whether an item is suitable for your allergy then download the Ingredients and Allergies list from the link below. Alternatively request an allergy information leaflet from us or email us at info@sconeteaparty.co.uk and ask us directly.
