How do I place my order?
Go to the order online/menu page and select the items you would like to order and then checkout! If you have any problems doing this send us a message through our website, Facebook or email info@sconeteaparty.co.uk. Remember all orders need to be placed at least 48 hours before your desired collection/delivery time. We always advise you to book as far in advance as possible.
Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver to all Newcastle-under-Lyme areas and Stoke-on-Trent areas. We also deliver to wider areas of Staffordshire and parts of Shropshire and Cheshire. See below for further information about our delivery prices.
Will my order arrive at the exact delivery time I selected?
Delivery times are approximate. Whilst every effort will be taken to make this possible there may be delays to the arrival of your order. We endeavor to keep you informed of any changes via either the email address or telephone number you provide. During busy periods, such as Christmas Eve, you may be asked if it is possible to change your delivery time.
Will the food I order for Christmas Eve keep until Christmas Day?
We always recommend eating our products on the day that you receive them. If you are ordering food that you know will not be consumed until the next day please ensure that the platters are totally covered with cling film and stored at an appropriate temperature. Please consider how much space you may have in your fridge as our sandwich platters can be quite bulky, in particular the extra large platter.

Where do I collect my order from?
Unit 10, Newcastle Enterprise Centre, Knutton, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, ST56BX.
When you arrive you can park directly by Unit 10 or nearby. If upon arrival you find that the front gate is locked please call us on 07718643208 and we will assist you

Can the items in your menu be adapted/changed to suit my needs and wants?
Absolutely! Nearly all of our products can be adapted. As you place your order a box should appear where you can type in any special requests. We will endeavor to make these happen, but if we can't, we will inform you straight away and, if necessary, cancel your order and provide a full refund.
How do I inform you of my allergy?
All items have a special request box where you can add information such as preferences and allergies. You can also add this information on the delivery instructions. If you are unsure of whether an item is suitable for your allergy then download the Ingredients and Allergies list from the link below. Alternatively request an allergy information leaflet from us or email us at info@sconeteaparty.co.uk and ask us directly.
